Reservations
Room Access Policy:
Student groups of three or more are allowed to reserve a conference room with priority coming to faculty and staff meetings. Reoccurring meetings are allowed for faculty group meetings and other meetings as deemed prudent for department operations. Meeting reservations over 2 hours will be reviewed for additional relevancy for department space restrictions.
Leave Rooms Better Than You Find Them:
Thank you for your help in keeping the building enjoyable for everyone. We ask that when you use these public spaces such as the Conference Rooms, Study Rooms, Tutoring Center, and Common Areas to please be mindful and respectful of others and clean up after yourselves.
Please do this by:
- pushing in all chairs
- erasing the whiteboards after each use
- removing your things and/or garbage
- remembering that all items provided in that space should remain in that space
